Welcome to the EL SUEÑO Global Dance Education Program. By registering for the program or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

2. Registration

Registration for the EL SUEÑO Global Dance Education Program becomes binding once written confirmation of acceptance has been provided by EL SUEÑO.

Participants are responsible for providing complete and accurate information during the registration process.

By confirming their registration, participants accept these Terms & Conditions as well as the training conditions of the program.

3. Program Fees and Payment Terms

All program fees are charged in Euro (€).

Payment is made according to the payment option selected during registration:

One-time payment
Agreed installment plan

All payment deadlines must be respected. In the event of outstanding payments, EL SUEÑO reserves the right to suspend access to program services or participation until full payment has been received.

4. Cancellation by Participants

If participants need to cancel their registration for the EL SUEÑO Global Dance Education Program, written notification via email is required.

Due to limited program places and the long-term planning required for the program, the following cancellation terms apply:

More than 90 days before the program start date: Refund of payments already made, minus an administrative fee of €250.
Between 90 and 30 days before the program start date: Refund of 50% of payments already made.
Less than 30 days before the program start date or after the program has started: No refund of program fees will be provided.

Registration cannot be transferred to another person.

In exceptional personal circumstances, an individual solution may be considered after review.

5. Changes or Cancellation by EL SUEÑO

The EL SUEÑO Global Dance Education Program reserves the right to adjust, postpone or cancel training dates, modules or individual program elements due to important reasons.

Possible reasons may include:

Illness of instructors
Force majeure
Government regulations
Organizational or unforeseen circumstances

If a training module cannot take place, EL SUEÑO will provide an alternative solution or replacement date whenever possible.

Travel expenses, accommodation costs or any other expenses incurred by participants cannot be reimbursed.

6. Certificate and Completion of the Program

Participants who successfully complete the EL SUEÑO Global Dance Education Program and fulfill all required training components will receive an official certificate.

The certificate confirms successful participation and completion of the program.

Completion of the program does not guarantee a specific professional position, employment or income.

7. Program Structure and Content

The EL SUEÑO Global Dance Education Program consists of several training modules:

Module A: Monthly Intensive Weekend Training (In-Person)
Module B: Online Training & Digital Learning Support
Module C: Optional Open Classes at EL SUEÑO Dance Academy and Global Partner Studios

EL SUEÑO reserves the right to adapt individual content, instructors or organizational processes, provided that the quality and educational objectives of the program remain unaffected.

8. Intellectual Property and Use of Training Materials

All training materials, educational resources, videos, concepts, choreographies, digital content, logos and trademarks of the EL SUEÑO Global Dance Education Program are protected by copyright.

Copying, distributing, publishing, reproducing or commercially using any materials without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

9. Participant Responsibility and Health

Participation in the program is at the participant’s own responsibility.

Participants confirm that they are physically and medically able to take part in dance training.

In case of existing health limitations, participants are advised to seek medical or professional advice before beginning the program.

EL SUEÑO is only liable within the scope of applicable legal regulations.

10. Force Majeure

EL SUEÑO shall not be liable for delays, changes or cancellations caused by events beyond its reasonable control.

These include, but are not limited to:

Natural disasters
Pandemics
Government restrictions
Strikes
Technical or organizational events beyond reasonable control

Whenever possible, alternative solutions or replacement dates will be offered.

11. Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable period.

Refunds will only be granted according to the conditions stated in these Terms & Conditions.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

The place of jurisdiction shall be Germany, where legally permitted.
