The EL SUEÑO Global Dance Education Program is building an international network of outstanding dance educators. We are looking for exceptional instructors from around the world who share our passion for excellence, technical precision and professional dance education.
Our mission is to educate the next generation of professional dancers at the highest international level through world-class teachers, outstanding methodology and a training program that sets new standards worldwide.
Your Role
As an International Dance Instructor, you will teach one intensive training weekend per month at one of our international partner locations. You will lead workshops and professional training classes within the EL SUEÑO Global Dance Education Program while supporting our students on their journey toward an international dance career.
Your role goes beyond teaching choreography—you will inspire technical excellence, artistic development and professional discipline.

Requirements

Completed professional dance education or equivalent professional training

Outstanding technical skills

Several years of professional teaching and/or performance experience

Experience teaching at an advanced or professional level

Passion for educating and mentoring the next generation of dancers

Fluent English (spoken and written)

Willingness to travel internationally

The EL SUEÑO Global Dance Education Program is shaping a new generation of international dance education. Together with our partner studios, faculty members and international locations, we are building a global education network for dancers, dance educators and future industry leaders.
Our mission is to combine artistic excellence, professional education and international career opportunities within one innovative global platform.
To support the continued expansion of our international concept, we are looking for an experienced and highly organized Director of Global Operations to lead and further develop our global operational structure.
Your Role
As Director of Global Operations, you will oversee the operational management of our international education program. You will coordinate processes, develop sustainable structures and ensure that our programs, partners and teams collaborate efficiently across the world.
Working closely with our Executive Management, international partner studios, faculty members and administrative teams, you will play a key leadership role in the continued growth of EL SUEÑO.

Your Responsibilities
Global Operations & Administration

Lead the operational management of the EL SUEÑO Global Dance Education Program

Coordinate international education locations and partner studios

Organize training weekends, workshops, intensive programs and educational events

Ensure smooth operational processes across all departments

Develop and improve internal structures and workflows

Maintain high organizational and service standards
Student Services
-
Support prospective and current students worldwide
-
Coordinate applications and admissions
-
Manage participant databases and records
-
Communicate with international applicants and students
International Partnerships

Manage existing international partnerships
-
Support the development of new partner locations
-
Coordinate communication between partners, faculty and management
-
Contribute to the global expansion of our education network
Faculty & Team Coordination

Coordinate schedules for international instructors and guest teachers

Organize meetings, training sessions and internal communication

Support the continuous development of our international team
Events & Project Management

Coordinate international auditions

Organize workshops, masterclasses and intensive training programs

Support the planning and execution of performances, productions and international events

Assist with new projects and strategic partnerships
Administration & Finance

Invoice management and payment monitoring

Prepare financial documentation for accounting

Manage CRM systems, booking software and student administration platforms

Maintain documentation and quality assurance standards
Process Development
